kicked my butt. I am so sore in areas I didn't even know I worked out on the chest and back DVD. My thighs are sore... my abs are sore... but mostly every part of my upper body.
I did it Tuesday night and I am HURTING now. Muscles that I didn't know I worked are sore. It's WONDERFUL! This proves to me that this program works! :-) I was scared... but the guy in the video says to just do what you can, just give 100%... just show up and push play. You set your own rep goals with each exercise and improve on your own scale. It's hard, but so worth it- and I'm saying this based on ONE try!! :-)
