P90x yesterday...

kicked my butt. I am so sore in areas I didn't even know I worked out on the chest and back DVD. My thighs are sore... my abs are sore... but mostly every part of my upper body.

That's all. Just had to share that with everyone.


  1. I've heard about this workout. I'm afraid to try, lol! ;0)

  2. I did it Tuesday night and I am HURTING now. Muscles that I didn't know I worked are sore. It's WONDERFUL! This proves to me that this program works! :-) I was scared... but the guy in the video says to just do what you can, just give 100%... just show up and push play. You set your own rep goals with each exercise and improve on your own scale. It's hard, but so worth it- and I'm saying this based on ONE try!! :-)

  3. First time I did Ab Ripper, I thought I was going to die. No kidding. P90x is hardcore!
